Disappointing service

Can the Lenmed staff at Lenasia, stop treating me like they are doing me a favour, especially Sholeen Lyer, who is refusing to answer my emails over the medical records file we have requested 3 weeks ago, if there is nothing she can provide, she can easily acknowledge the email and advise on this, I am very disappointed by this service.
