Disappointed

Deeply disappointed..am.going to Shifa Hospital since 2008..last admitted 17th March to 27th March HIGH CARE.. THIS admission I had to wait 4hrs ...am diebetic n was given a sandwich n coffee thanks. I want to understand something... If the hospital has 100 beds or so..why take booking for more than capacity? It's totally unacceptable...it's wasting our times Management needs to 👆 der control on admissions n advise the patient when to come..some of us hv no transport n hence using public taxis...I have a choice of Hospitals However I choose Shifa my main Dr's are der... I hope u pay attention to wat I hv said..n sort out some good menus..thanks
