DESPICABLE TREATMENT FROM PA/SECRETARY

I am experiencing a very bad attitude from Dr. N Chopdat PA/SECRETARY. A Simple request for a sick note extension and motivational letter for blood tests must take over 20 calls either unanswered or answered and told it would be sent but still nothing. It really reflects bad on the Dr as he is the total opposite of her, always willing to assist. She ( i didn't get her name) has no sense of urgency or the ability to want to assist you as her duties would require of her. Till this day I am still waiting for these 2 documents and continue to call the office ***.
