Cruelty from lenmed staff!

I am disgusted with the treatment my mum received by some nurses of the nurses at Lenmed Randfontein private hospital during her covid recovery. A very rude nurse refused to assist my mum in taking her medication as she was too weak to do so herself, when my mum asked for assistance she told mum that mums full of nonsense and none of the other staff must assist my mum. She would ignore my mum and remark her and care for other patients. Mum was critical. The hospital itself doesn't even cater for Halaal patients instead they order pizzas and burgers which are very spicy from a nearby restaurant. Furthermore my mum was traumatised every time the night staff would come in and she would be so afraid as this nurse would keep treating her badly even though she couldn't breathe and she was critical in icu. Sad that mum couldn't contact me for help as no phone calls or visits were allowed due to covid. I feel so angry I have made contact with the night matron and I still haven't heard back. Please we need caring staff and compassionate staff especially in these hard times. I'm disgusted honestly
