My mother is in ICU at Zamokuhle Hospital her name is Thandi Monisi she was admitted on 01/07/2020 and is diabetic she says they only get breakfast at past ten in the morning by then she is terribly hungry and a simple request for water takes forever then they bring her one glass after long as a covid 19 patient she needs to stay hydrated at all times and when she tells a nurse they don’t even come back to her with a reply of whether the canteen will come assist or not I mean she can pay if she needs to pay extra she cant eat a light meal at 6pm then they don’t even get served tea only water and 1 rusk

Please make the stay of your patience bearable I they are already dealing with covid 19 and pains but not hunger also and thirst that is unacceptable I tried calling this Zamokuhle no. it only rings forever *** deal with your canteen and nurses shes used to drinking lots of water now in icu she has to wait hours after requesting for just water They dont allow anything in the hospital so they should provide and we pay Their canteer Dulce cafe is really disassapointing I mean now since she ate at 13:00 next meal will e at six for a diabetic patient
