Choking service

Choking service from nurse Kulani Maluleke(if that is her real name since she was not wearing a name tag,I had to wait for 5 minutes for her to come back from wherever she went to ask for her name)January 19th I woke up with hectic stomach cramps and decided at 7 pm to go the hospital since the cramps were getting worse.I could walk but was in extreme pain. When I got to the emergency room I was attended to by Nurse Kulani Maluleke who asked me to sit in the room where they check your blood pressure and sugar levels, after 20 minutes of sitting with no help from anyone I must have dosed off cause the next thing I felt her hitting me with a file to wake me up.I asked her why is she hitting me with a file cause I’m in pain, she just looked at me and said we are busy with someone else we will attend to,you, with no apology non whatsoever for what she has done,I asked if I can go to Tshepo Themba, she said yes then turned around and spoke to another nurse to say I’m leaving giggling like it’s funny.I understand how they work since I was a walk in patient I won’t be attended too quick, they first deal with emergencies but her hitting me with a file was not on.I am disappointed at the level of professionalism.
