Billing Complain against Lenmed Hospital

Lenmed Private Hospital in Randfontein is overcharging Patients and the can not even explain the bill they are exhausting our savings on our medical aid.

I kindly request the following: 1. A fully itemized hospital account showing all charges, including theatre fees, recovery room fees, medication, consumables, nursing fees, and any other facility charges. 2. A list of all procedure and billing codes submitted to my medical aid. 3. A detailed explanation of how the hospital charges were calculated. 4. Confirmation that all charges and billing codes accurately reflect the treatment and services provided. 5. A review of the account to determine whether any billing errors or incorrect charges may have occurred. As a patient and medical aid member, I believe it is important to understand the basis of these charges and to ensure that the account accurately reflects the services rendered.
