BAD TREATMENT TO PATIENTS

Given an option to choose between public and Lenmed, I'll definitely go for public! I had a very bad experience at Lenmed Lenasia. Despite the fact that I lost my baby, their treatment towards me was very pathetic!!! I wouldn't recommend them to any one. When I got there, I had some pains as if I'm in my periods, was also bleeding as well, mind you I'm 5 weeks pregnant.

Those people do not have sense of emergency. They gave me two pills nje that did nothing to me in terms of pains. I was admitted, yooooh, I slept there the whole night with pains. Mind you, they didn't do any scan just to check if the baby is okay, until the next day, whereby I asked if my baby is okay and when are they going to do the scan. They told me to wait for the Dr, yoooooh!!! There comes a time whereby I felt some unbearable pains, I called them, one nurse came and told me to wait for someone else whereas the pains were finishing me. I couldn't hold myself, I went down, kneeled, and started to cry because pains were too much, until they came. And the time I'm crying one lady from the kitchen came to take the next day's order, she didn't care that I'm in pains and crying. Yena nje efuna lento akayifunayo. Hhhhhaaaaaa my God! Aaaaah, the cleanliness, I give them a zero, my bed was not changed, I was sleeping in a bed with blood stains as I was bleeding, wearing same gown they gave to me when I was admitted day before, I wasn't offered new gowns and clean bedding after I messed myself. Iheeeeee, come the discharged day, I asked for the pads, and that nurse did not answer me, she kept quiet. I went to the toilet and used the tissue. We took our bags and left, we met her on our way out, then she told us that they don't have any pads. I just said "okay".

One time when I wanted to take a shower, my drip was falling off, that sellotape was not sticking anymore. I called them, the nurse came and told me that she's going to look for something but never came back. I'm thanks shame nge Lenmed Ahmed Kathrada Private H. ospital
