Bad treatment

I went to Zamokuhle hospital in Tembisa on Sunday morning for bloods at Lancet laboratory and was told many stories by the lady at the container for screening. According to her I was supposed to be at home cause I'm putting her in danger as I tested positive for Covid previous week. Then she said I must follow her and she told security that I should not enter the hospital. I was asked to wait in the cold. So that she can find out if I can be allowed to enter the hospital. Is the hospital not for all people who are sick. Does Zamokuhle not have Covid patients. It's really horrifying.
