Bad Service like government hospital and yet they billing my medical aid.
I have arrived at Lenmed around 19:30 with an ambulance.. It's 22:00 still the Doctor hasn't attended me at all n I feel like I'm on public hospital Bara etc.. It's such a bad service to be seated on the waiting area near reception in pain.. I would not recommend anyone to go to Lenmed Ahmed Kathrada for an emergency as I feel one will end up dying at the reception.. They don't have a sense of urgency honestly.. Disappointed in so called private hospital.
