Bad service do not know what emergency is.

Hi. Really bad service and no emergency taken seriously. I was there yesterday at 16h30 to bring my child for emergency treatment. And left at 19h00 without receiving any help. Let’s me break the story down. We got there, lady help us to go open a file. We did so. After went to the triage room. All that took 20mins. Then waited and waited. At 18h30 my wife went to go ask at the nurse station what is taking so long to help a 6-month year old baby. Finally, we were taken to the help bays. No communication for the staff when doctor will see the baby. What hurts the most is that. The was a man that came after us, but he was helped before us. Reason was that he had chest pains and it is serious. Funny, an adult is important than a infant. Hospital policy really need a re-look and reviewing. We left which was at 19h00. the nurse staff tried to convince us to stay as we will get help. I said no, I'm leaving. "I have been waiting for 3 hours and now you want help". I will not associate myself with this hospital that does not care. Guess what? I went to another hospital which was a bit far, I was helped within 15 minutes on arrival.

I will be writing a letter to the health council with my story, of an adult is important better than child. While other hospital know the value of get health care.
