Bad service
Customer service is one thing that some African nurses need to be taught @ Randfontein Lenmed health, as you can't be treated like trash for services that you are paying for, as I am very upset with how some African nurse treated me and my son this morning this is not on and management needs to take action. Which private hospital honestly such a person go to get good services.

06 Sept 2023, 09:49Nurse Sarah at pediatric ward Lenmed health randfontein is the most heartless Nurse at that ward who has no heart I don't understand how she could be in a ward full of children yet she don't have the heart and patience for children. She really needs to be addressed by management. She is painting everything good Nurse in that ward with a bad brush because of her behavior. She ill treated my son and I am not happy.
