Bad Service
My mum was attended to by the casualty doctor on Tuesday 8 December 2015. We were advised at the casualty reception that there was a R250-00 credit and therefore the member was not liable for any payment.<br> <br> On 15/12/2015 I receive a sms from Lenmed Ahmed Kathrada Hospital requesting the ouststanding balance of R250-00 to be paid.<br> <br> This is not the first problem we are having with Lenmed, there are too many to mention. I am really disappointed in the way pensioners are being treated at this facility. It is more about the money then the care provided.
