Bad service

very disappointed in the service we got on the 25/02/2020. My son was booked in on the 25/02 at surgical ward room 12 b. he ask the nurse at 07:00 the morning for assistance with the room tv, no one come back to him, he went in for his operation come ask again at 14:00 when he woke up , they said no the tv is not working. at 16:00 my son even went to the security, to ask if he knows if some one can assist him with the tv in this room. He was in pain and already frustrated , now he can do anything but to sit and look out the window. We visits him at 19:00, the first thing i have done was to ask them about the tv, nurse said , mam i sort it out, I went back @ 19:45 , to the nurses station , ask them , they run around looking for number to call the night supervisor. I left there at 20:20 , the all shouted mam we sort it out. My son called@ 22:00 me saying mommy , cant you come fetch me or bring a laptop or something, i can sleep i am laying here in the dark , they still never come to at least say this room is empty , if you want to watch sit here nothing.it my first time something like this happens, and because i use that hospital all the time , prevention is better than cure, that why i want it to stop.
