Bad Attitude

I just received one of the worst service from one of the nurse in mentality, I called in to check if my baby’s birth certificate has arrived and was told it had arrived.

As I am currently working, I said I can only come on the weekends to collect it, or I can come on Wednesday or Thursday before 7pm.

When I called today to confirm that I will be there today to collect the certificate at 6:30pm I was told that “this is not home affairs, home affairs closes at 4:30”, and even if I come that time is time to knock off and time for medication and so forth”

The nurse told me that even home affairs does not work after 4:30, I find this very disturbing and uncalled for, fiorstly the hospital is the one that offered the service to me as a client, but now we are being treated and talked to bad, shouted at.

This is appalling to say the least, very disappointing.
