I use to think highly of this hospital but I very disappointed in the manner they are responding to request made to them since last year with regards to my medical report request . I don't how my medical report all of a sudden could go missing that does not make sense to me. I suffered a a lot due to negligence through your employees which resulted in me losing use my right hand and being declared a disability you would think that some one would have been held accountable in this instance but nobody has . I just need my medical reports to released to my lawyers . your lack of urgency is delaying my healing process.
