another pathetic service!!!!

<p>I've rushed my son who's an infant to the ER at Ethekwini hospital twice only to receive the same lousy care from the same paeditrician!!! The most recent event my son had been suffering from seizures and from the moment we were at the ER it was a complete nightmare!! I had to listen in agony as my son was screaming with pain while the nurses were missing his little vein trying to insert the IV line. &there was blood everywhere!!! After 3hrs of basically nothing being done we were told the paediatrician will only be in hospital ONLY if there's an emergency as if a little baby having seizures wasn't emergency enough!!! In 3hrs spent at the hospital my son did not receive ANY treatment and was not seen by a paeditrician. After that we decided to leave in the middle of the night and went to another hospital to receive better care. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO ETHEKWINI HOSPITAL AGAIN!!!!!!!!</p>
