Amazing Care

As a first timer staying in a hospital, a lot of unpleasant thoughts run through your mind. Hospitals are always in the spotlight for the wrong aspects, however the experience I had was more than satisfactory. The nurses in Surgical 1 are friendly and ever so helpful, and the service received from Dr M Moodley(General Surgeon) was far from average . The explanation before surgery was detailed and to the point. I was really impressed by the service received. The time and effort taken to explain the processes , pros, cons and after care was far beyond the call of duty. I am also certain that every patient treated by this doctor will share the same sentiment, as care came so naturally to him. This made my stay in the hospital much more pleasant as I was comfortable knowing that he knew exactly what I needed. The reason for my compliment is due to that Doctors don't usually get appreciation and good sentiment from patients, as many feel it's just their job - but when you receive treatment the way I did you have to call it out! I think DR M Moodley is such an Asset to the Hospital and should really be notified of the amazing service he gives to the patients. Thank you- Mrs R Govender.
