Always unpleasant experience at this **** hospital
I am utterly disgusted in the service that I am experiencing at Ahmed Kathrada Hospital. It is supposed to be a private hospital but i am here waiting over 4 hours for my son to be admitted. I have practiced patience and enquired assistance from one of the staff who laughed at me and advised that it was shift change and walked away before I could say anything.... I am still waiting .. it is 19h20, been waiting from 15h00... now please advise ??

The oath taken up is down the drain bevause you more worried about what medical aid clients have and if authorization has been done. Quick to process payments yet your service is pathetic. Guys I go through hell ensuring we have medical aid to receive this ... my son underwent an operation, day staff failed to treat him because he was not on a drip after I've asked them and each time the nurse would say I'm sending someone to fetch meds just to shut me up. God forbid my son getting an infection, see what I do with you because this is negligence!!! I'm livid as i lay in this money making building !!!
