Account handed over without correspondence

I got 2 letters on the same day, 03 Feb 2016, one is a letter of demand from Lexmed dated 16 January 2016 an another from Pansegrouw attorneys dated 27 January 2016 demanding R321.58 and R342.77 respectively for the R250 casualty fee owed to Lenmed. Why did Lenmed not contact me prior to handing over the account? They did the same thing a few years back. I also want to know if the account grows by R2.10 daily as the amounts differ. I want proof that LENMED tried to contact me before handing over the account.<br> <br> You have my contact details LENMED why not bother trying to get hold of me????
