POOR SERVICE

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership’s service department. After multiple months and even a follow-up email, I received no response whatsoever from my service agent, Karen.

The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. This level of inefficiency reflects poorly on what was once a reputable dealership.

I have now escalated the matter to platforms like HelloPeter and VWSA due to the ********** service received.

I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. Urgent improvement is needed in customer service and basic follow-up.
