Unauthorized deduction

<p>I was contacted telephonically and the agent explained what Leisure Treasure could offer me. When she mentioned that I needed to make a once-off payment I declined the offer and politely ended the call. Much to my surprise an unauthorised deduction of R899.00 was made on my credit card, without me providing the card details! After sending email message to two addresses found on their website and posting messages on their Facebook page was I put in touch with a lady who assured me that the transaction would be reversed. I am still waiting for this to happen... I approached them again today and was told via Facebook posting that I in fact did authorise the transaction and that it was recorded as such.
