i have queried this problem so many times, i have emails and phone calls, i need someone to sort this immediately or to refer me to someone that can.<br> Their numbers are : *** & *** its the same person answering all the time then she pretends not to be the person and say they forever in a meeting and training for almost 2years now!! this people are driving me nuts!<br> I have sent this complaint through to Hello peter and its the first time that a query was not solved.<br> <br> They also give false information about their address cause i was about to go there.<br> <br> these people always have excuses and there is no manager i can talk to or supervisor nobody knows nothing.<br> They said they can not refund me cause i don't have the same credit card number but i blocked my card cause they ***** it all the time! i need to be compensated in some other way for my loss, please try and help.<br> <br> thanks so much.
