No refund after 14 days
I am extremely unhappy with these people, I have been expecting my refund back but still no luck. Why must i sweat to get my R1000 back, this is the most vicious place ever. These people are not to be trusted, please don't go there

Refund of breakage deposit delay.
Totally disgusted in the bad service of this place. Checked in 13 June and still awaiting on breakage deposit. Followed up via their whatsapp channel as well Agoda where i booked through with no joy. The same feedback that its being escalated. Their turn around time for refund is 14 days and now a month later and still no refund.

Still waiting for my breakage deposit of R2000.00

Cape Town Beachfront Apartments by Leisure Bay does not give your refundable deposit back.
Cape Town Beachfront Apartments by Leisure Bay booked via Booking.com ask for a refundable deposit before even getting the keys which they promise to payback within 14 working days. my parents checked out on 10 May, it is now 10 June and I still have not received my "refundable deposit back yet.
