Worst ISP ever

The worst ISP I have ever come across. Their support team is rude, they just copy and paste responses but dint actually offer any support. I've been trying for 2 weeks to convince them that my internet doesnt work, but they keep saying it's working perfectly (like I'm so dumb I dont know if the internet works or not?) Eventyally they admitted that many in my area have the same issue and they will send a team to repair their infrastructure. They then emailed and said its fixed and working well... guess what? Its not!! How the heck can they actually be an internet service PROVIDER, without providing the internet that I've paid for?

Su h shocking lack of dignity and pride in their work, as long as they get paid, they are happy to do nothing, a truly south African company I guess.
