Worst ISP and false fibre advertising

Worst internet service provider ever. They claim to offer fibre internet, and everyone is paying for fibre, yet there is no fibre and it's only a wifi connection. When logging a fault or ticket they refer you around. Got confirmation from one of their partners, Accelerit Fibre that Legends connect is aware of the problem and a technician is on his way. When asked about the ETA Legends Connect cannot provide it. 5th day in a row with no internet connection and they just don't care. Poor customer service.
