Communication lacks drastically in this enterprise , One can log a ticket for the poor and most occasions no internet and if you don't follow up they just ignore you and leave you hanging , You need to be rude in order to get a response from them , Customer care , Customer satisfaction , Business ethics and etiquette do not exist in Legends connect ... Anyone thinking of choosing Legends Connect should think twice about taking the rocky journey with them , I'm sure there are far superior internet providers out there! As a matter of fact , as a customer of theirs , I am currently searching for a new provider , I am honestly up in arms over their **** service and arrogance
