Poor service

Empty promises from this company. It's been 3day without connection. Logged a call and was told to reboot a million times. Told them there is something wrong with the router as it doesn't even have power. Was told they will send out a technician. Still no technician I had to call them to find out when will the technician be coming. The person on the other side was rude told me he doesn't know and he doesn't work that side he will let them know and hung up on me.

Since I've sent 6 emails which I know they are ignoring on purpose. It's been 3 months of hell mostly there is no service and work from home. And now it's been 36 hours income lost but still have to pay them.

I still don't have any idea if I will get help at all. I believe this is ground for termination a service promised but not delivered.
