Poor Network connection, try someone else

You cannot use them to play video games online, they say my Xbox takes too much connection

You can’t use them for work, the connection is always up and down (horrible network)

You can’t use them to watch videos online, the network is always giving problems

You call and they fix it for 2 or 3 hours, then the same problem

The staff members don’t know how to handle queries and they are condescending
