Poor feedback from Legends Connect

I live in a complex where our Body corporate finally gave the go ahead for Fibre to be brought in to the complex by Legends Connect, however Legends connect keeps postponing when we can go live with the fibre. It's been going on for over a month now and no one can give us proper feedback, every week they have a different ECD. They keep saying that they are waiting for Ekurhuleni for a wayleave or that they are still working in the complex, no one can give us a decent answer. I will definitely not recommend Legends Connect to anyone if their service is like this. Legends Connect I sure hope that either you or Ekurhuleni can give us feedback asap.
