Legens connect - Stay away - Pathetic

Extremely poor service and not even to speak about customer service. They will close your helpdesk ticket with no reason. Their service is off at most of times. I must have logged about 15 issues in the view months I am with them. They will enjoy saying to you that they don't care about your issue or dissatisfaction and you can do nothing about it as you are in a 24 month contract. My advice to all, take the month to month option should you want to make use of their service. If it was me rather stay away. Their service is pathetic.
