LEGENDS CONNECT - Pathetic Customer Service and not willing to help

This service is pathetic as consumer we don’t even owe more than R700 we did transfer from company on 12th at 7pm it did not reflect without any any warning they disconnect today not a sms not a phone call not a warning their accounts only work Monday to Friday now when I get home from work at 8pm they asking for proof of payment which is at the company in accounts department not me had I known in day I would have reacted and now simply they cannot help me and refuse to without proof tonight at this time how is this customer service PATHETIC and this is not the first time my phone could only connect when I’m in front of WiFi the minute I go to other rooms I cannot connect I have raised this issue and sent them screenshots but never reacted they also told me everything fine their side but warned me like a threat if we come out for nothing I will be charged how possible is that when my account is not even 3 months and their seems to be teething problems with service enough is enough
