We pay a arm and two legs for Fibre internet from this company. In the past few weeks my internet has been on-and-off constantly. Today it's been off for more than 4 hours. I have a wife working from home that needs the internet. Tim Eybers of this Legends Connect company informed me that I won't be refunded for down time>
