Potential Customers Stay Away!!!

This is the worst ISP ever, in actual fact the word "service" doesn't apply to them at all. As a paying customer I'm subjected to constant interruptions (we're lucky if we have connectivity for 3 consecutive days). To add insult to injury, their service center is manned by the most arrogant consultants (Craig is the worst, he behaves as if he's giving paying customers hand-outs and they must be grateful he accepts their payment/the last time I checked, call center agents are employed to be of service to customers...not to beg for service).

I cant wait for my contract lapse so I can move on to a better ISP, I no longer feel like paying for services NOT rendered. Legends Connect is down right atrocious!!!
