Complain about wifi service provider

Can not tell you how disappointed i am in this wi-fi /internet company, i am with them for almost 3 years, i do not have any signal ever comes on for 1 minute then gone. If you phone them the person on the other side is rude, when you want to soeak to a manager they are never avaliable. The technician came to my house, checked and said to me there us a problem he will discuss it with management and come back to me that same day to let me know how they can help me,this was friday no response intill today Thursday when you phone there offices the person that answers say they will send out a technician. After i explained to him i am waiting for feedback from management he say to me did you reboot it. I am going to take this complaint to the media, so all people can see this, or cancel all this.
