Beware of Legends Connect!!

BEWARE!!

Legends Connect's product is *******! Their staff is as friendly and helpful as possible but the technology they rely on is as problematic as can be. The connection drops every time the weather turns bad or the "tower" has an issue. I have logged multiple helpdesk tickets in the last 8 weeks for connection disruptions that then get reconnected only for the connection to drop out the very next day. It is then insinuated that the problem is on the user side when in fact the dish, router and cabling are all in perfect working order. They do a line test and hey presto it reconnects. For someone who relies heavily on connectivity working from home, this is simply unacceptable. Their social media accounts are littered with posts about connectivity issues and the other reviews here echo that. Buy their connection and you will get good customer service but an unreliable problematic product that you will end up hating.
