<div>Owner doesn't want to accept responsibility of a broken tv lcd keeps making excuses about insurance. Workers reeked of alcohol, loading stuff during loadshedding hours at night without headlamps or lights, for someone whose in the business for over 10 years the ethics of work is pathetic. I guess they are cheap for a reason</div>

Sorry that your claim on the tv was refused. There are reasons why responsibility can not be taken. This has been explained.
The claim for the fridge was accepted, it was repaired and paid for with no issues, no delays what so ever.
There are reasons for the claim for the tv being refused. You might not agree with them and refuse to accept that.
To claim from insurance is simple and easy if you follow the processes and rules (Like the fridge) and if you don't then there is a chance that the claim can get refused.
