Up in flames!!

<p>We recently used legend removals to transport all our personal belongings and furniture. We requested all risk insurance as the GTI is only limited. We received a horrifying phone call on the day we were expecting to receive our goods. We were informed that the load had burnt down. Initially there was some correspondence between us and the owner but it slowly stopped. We haven't heard anything since. No insurance has paid out yet. We've been waiting for over a month now. The owner completely ignores requested updates. In my opinion this is a ******** offence. He also, without notification, used a subcontractor. I would not recommend legend removals at all. We now sit with a house but no furniture to fill it. All our sentimental items went up in flames. We, to this day, still do not know how the fire started. We urge you to think twice before using legend removals.</p>
