Terrible service and no care for the customer or their belongings

Worst service ever! Changed the moving day last minute to an earlier date. Terrible communication. So much damage to my belongings. I was supposed to get a refund because I was overcharged and I didn't get it.

Hi Anele.
Sorry for the negative experience with Legend Removals. Sorry for the damages to the lamp shade and the R90 washing basket, The table legs should have been *****ed back in. We should have done better and i have addressed the staff.
I apologies once again for this.
