Unfortunately some of my clothes were not delivered when using this company to relocate from JHB to CT recently. The clothes were packed into a box which was taped up, the box was delivered and had been resealed, I only noticed the missing items when packing everything away. A welsh dresser was also moved and when handed over the cupboards were locked, however on delivery it was unlocked, the toilet paper and random box of cigarettes we had put inside were missing. A garden chair was also not delivered initially, but Michael brought this to us a week later apologising for the mistake. I paid a fee of R2000 in order to take out a cover of R100 000 insurance with Legend removals. Michale advised that this week there would be an investigation into the whereabouts of the missing items and his staff will be put through a lie detector test, I am waiting to hear further.
