Pre-relocation review

I am relocating 1,300 km, from one province to another. I requested quotes from 11 companies for relocation and 2 did not even bother to respond. One sent me the same quote 6 times, although my inventory changed.

What made me decide to accept Legend's quote was the fact that from the word go, they started asking all the right questions, looking for solutions, not excuses.

They were looking for solutions with the dirt road, the distance, the dates and actually looked at my inventory. They accommodated all the odds and ends in my garden that I want to take with me.

A lot of the companies said from the word go that they don’t travel on gravel roads. Michael from Legend looked at all the pictures, analysed it, read the messages from the farm owner, made suggestions about the overhang of plants, and said they were happy. He did not look for excuses not to travel on the dirt road. He made it work and that was the answer I was looking for.

Legend was also very specific on date of loading and offloading, which none of the other companies was. They could tell me more or less when they will load and then it can take up to a week for delivery, but Legend gave me exact dates. I needed cer*****y on when and how I must do my own planning because I have 3 dogs to take with me and I had to know how I will get them there safely and within a specific time frame.

Legend ticked absolutely every single one of my boxes and I am looking forward to working with them on this life-changing relocation.
