Overall very positive experience

I used Legend for a long-distance move the end of January. The first great thing was that they didn't add a surcharge for the end of the month. You pay the same, regardless of what time of the month you move.

The only negative part was that I expected the original loading to take much faster than it did. Once that hurdle was past, the rest of the moving went really well and that's what really matters.

I had an abundance of plants and was concerned that they would all die, especially since the 4 days storage and move took place in a heat wave. They all survived, which brightened my heart.

I was expecting some stuff to go missing, as happened in every previous move. I waited this long to make sure that everything arrived. It did. No furniture was damaged either, which is another big plus. The owner kept me up-to-date with the progression of the move and the expected delivery date.

Legend Removals did everything right for the stuff that matters.
