Poorest service I have ever had with a moving company. They were were very late when collecting our furniture to start off with. Then on redelivery, as our furniture was in storage with them, they were late as well. Lot of excuses which, i was fine with. Then when the furniture arrived, half of the boxes were torn. My wooden antique chairs were broken. Our ladder is still missing and our camping mattress. Why do you write fragile on a box if they come and put a box with books on top of it. I have moved about 5 times in a four year period and they have been the worst by far.

Sorry to hear about the damages on your move on hello peter, none of it was reported to me, Kindly watsapp me the photos of the damages and i can see what we can do about in the new year, then the ladder i did say i would have a look and send you a photo which i have not done yet. I let you know 3 days before we loaded your items that we had delays and asked if we can shift the day which by one day you said no and we still loaded on the requested day but just late in the afternoon. Then on the day we had to offload your items from storage my truck came into JHB at 5am stopped next to the highway to get some rest as we had to only offload at 7am and they got attacked hijacked by gunpoint, staffs cellphones and luggage bags got ****** windscreen and passenger window broken as bricks got thrown through it, the staff still carried on with there work all shook up, the truck came to the yard and we needed to replace the window and windscreen and arrangements where made for the re delivery the next day.
