Its with regret that I read your review on Hello Peter. If memory serves me correct your move was from PE to Gauteng, which is a long distance move and is on a shared load principle. I believe your biggest issue was the time the truck arrived, plus communication as you expected it at 9am, but no time was given, you said you expected the truck at 9am as that is what you have had in the past, its what you expected, but we only arrived after offloading other loads in PE in the morning, meaning we could arrive in the afternoon after all you were the return load and was dependent on us offloading the other loads first, the shuttle vehicle on my part was a mistake and the the guys carried the furniture. We paid for your bed and breakfast as a gesture of good faith which we did not have to do. nor wanted to do amidst the verbal abuse leveled against us on the day, even to the point that the truck being late was tantamount to woman abuse and me being responsible for your death.
Sorry for the stress caused on the day of the move, but it started bad and ended well
