Great experience in the face of last minute changes

Had an extremely good experience with this company. I needed to change my moving date at the last minute, because the new house was not ready for occupation. Legend was more than happy to help with the last minute request, with no penalty. Because of the last minute date change, we had a misunderstanding about dates, and the truck did not arrive on the morning I expected it. It was a Sunday morning. Without any quibbling, Michael quickly ral**** the troops, and within a few hours the team was on site, and we had a quick and efficient move. I was very grateful that they were able to adapt around my changing needs, and that when we had a potential situation of disagreement, they did everything they could to help. It was a great move, despite all the potential for disaster. #greatbusiness
