Great experience - highly recommend

I used Legend Removals for my move from Pretoria to Worcester and they were simply incredible. We had a pretty big move and everything arrived on time and in immaculate condition.

I was originally quoted by Biggles Removals who then likely subcontracted the job to Legends. Biggles were average at best. They messed up my quotes constantly and were very slow with responding to my emails. Their admin isn't great.

Legends on the other hand were incredible. They arrived at my house with a team of probably 10-12 guys to wrap my furniture and load it onto the truck. It was a big move but they did it in less than 90 minutes while still taking care to not damage any of the furniture. The guys were friendly, professional and very competent - the wrapping was expertly done.

With the offload, they arrived exactly on time as promised and completed the it in less than 60 mins (with only four guys). Again super friendly, competent and professional.

One area of improvement would be to communicate a bit better when busy with other moves. Our timeline for collection got moved up from 11:00 to 17:00 due to earlier collections taking longer than anticipated. This is obviously completely understandable, but they could just communicate slightly quicker when they experience such delays.

But honestly, that's my only criticism. These guys are amazing and I will 100% use them again in the future. Highly recommend. Michael and his team are the best.
