PROMT; PATIENT; EFFECIENT: I received 3 removal quotes incl one from Legend Removals. LR's quote impressed me the most and I made contact with Michael Wendels. I also read some positive & negative reviews on Hello Peter about LR - the former outweigh the latter reviews.... Michael's reply impressed me - I quote: "Many companies are operated by honest individuals who make genuine mistakes" "There is a big difference between arriving 30 mins late and not arriving at all" I guess this did it for me and made my decision easy. LR got my attention and I settled with them. Michael gave me his word, confirmed the day bf the move which was scheduled for 24 Aug 2017 and the gents arrived ON TIME. I was astounded at the team's friendly demeanour, patience and efficiency. Their patience and care for my furniture taught me many lessons and turned the tedious day of moving house into one that was pleasant and worthwhile. In turn my mom and I tried to make their load lighter by offering them something to drink & eat; their appreciation, a blessing.
