Waste of money - no service

I would really like to know what legal services this company offers besides submitting tax returns. I have been a customer for over the last 3 years on the prestige package and every single time I have tried to get legal representation, you always find an excuse. I called in recently with an issue of wanting to take the DHA to court, I spoke to a legal adviser who after listening to my case checked internally and came back with the standard answer that my issue would not be covered but she could put it through to the panel where I would get a 10 % discount. I would really like to know what exactly is covered in this policy before I cancel it because I can frankly do my own tax submissions.
