Useless Service

I was unfortunately arrested on Friday night and called in hoping that i would get some assistance from legal and tax. To my shock i was told that i could not be assisted because it was a DUI.<br> My question therefore is..when did this change? why was i as a policy holder not informed?<br> My partner called in later and told that a lawyer would be sent and I had to pay out of my pocket? why then am i paying premiums every month? long story short, I paid my own bail next morning but no one from legal and tax had even followed up.<br> What exactly does this service offer because at the least, I would expect that someone would be appointed to deal with this, that is what your adverti*****t brochures say and if that was not the case then why do you have an after hour line for people to call in when arrested.<br> Please note that I am not advocating for DUI, but sometimes **** happens and when it does, I would expect some level of service from a group that takes my money every month but when called in to help the story changes. I have now been given a court date and i want to know if you guys will assist with that..or should i just move on and deal with it myself. Utterly disgusted.
