Useless
I signed up with Legal & Tax last year and I've been paying my monthly premiums without fail. I now need their services and the number ***does not go through. I tried the WhatsApp help yesterday and I still haven't received any call from them. I have to be in court tomorrow morning and it looks like I'll be going without any representative. Useless! I will be canceling my policy!

The WhatsApp notification services are only available Monday to Friday
But a request to speak to a consultant is 24 hours 7 days a week.
